HOW TO RECEIVE CREDIT
After reviewing the CME/CE information, including the learning objectives and disclosure statements, learners will complete a brief self-study module. The self-study module provides foundational knowledge that will enable learners to more fully engage the webinar content. Learners will then view a webinar. To receive CME/CE credit for your participation, you will need to complete the activity pre-test, post-test (achieving a passing grade of 70% or greater), and program evaluation at the conclusion of the webinar.
By successfully completing the pre- and post-test and evaluation, participants are entitled to receive up to 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ and 2.0 ANCC contact hours (0.3 contact hours of pharmacotherapy credit). A statement of credit will be available to print from your user history page. All other participants who successfully complete the pre- and post-test and evaluation will receive a certificate of participation.
